Our sublet program uses the same proven marketing tools as our full leasing services - professional photography, floor plan creation, interactive online listings, and targeted outreach. The key difference? The current tenant covers the commission to find a qualified replacement.

As the landlord, you retain full control over approving any new tenant based on your existing leasing criteria. You also have the option to offer a lease that extends beyond the current lease's end date. If you do, the original tenant is released from their lease, and a new lease is signed directly with the incoming tenant - at no additional cost to you.
